I wanted to eat an ice cream tonight and have had the most terrible staff in front of me. Staff can hardly be German. Work very annoyed and while I talked to them twisted the eyes, as it was probably too much to do ice cubes in my coffee. The lady first said they didn't have that and was totally pissed. Then another colleague brought ice. I guess the lady didn't seem to like it because she turned her eyes again. In my opinion, inappropriate behaviour!!
I find it best for sitting on the bench at the back of the tower. The historical flair has a special charm. The ice is really good, especially vanilla ice cream. The ice cups are really nice to look at, the fruit is ripe. But except for the very nice lady who used to work mainly opposite the main train station, the rest of the staff is annoyed and unfriendly. That's what it looks like. Very bad, because location and products are really good.
The ice cream is delicious. Unfortunately there is no service anymore. The ice cups are picked up in cardboard and plastic cups and then sit down at the tables standing without love. There are no vegan varieties. This is no longer contemporary in terms of sustainability. The staff saves on kindness and strives to serve customers quickly. For this, you pay more than in the surrounding ice cream cafés with better performance.
The staff was completely undamaged and has turned their eyes several times, as they seemed to be very upset. This behavior has totally spoiled your appetite. Ice is not bad in itself, but with this staff you don't want to come back. You should recommend to the owner to pay attention to the behavior of the employees. Book a table now

Pleasant ambience in front of the tower. Very friendly staff. That's why four stars. If it were just about the ice, a star trigger. Even self-made ice can have air up... waffles okay. Espresso with 2.50 € priced.
Good ice, great location, fair price. As someone who gets the Koller at puppies gets a bit difficult to enjoy the ice. Nevertheless, a delicious recommendation when you are in Esslingen. Book a table now
