after a long road, having the chance that chance posed on our road this little inn was a blessing! a lovely waitress who knows his job, a very conciliating boss who has adapted the sauce of the bass-coast selected by my friend according to his taste. traditional dishes cooked with finesse at a very affordable price, a suggestion of very well studied wine and a warm atmosphere to the sound of vinyl from the 70s - 80s broadcast by a juke box as we do more. a rich and well-kept meal for a moment in the country of the wonders of French gastronomy. went to lunch on a market day for 16E, entry: (damage ns are in the country of goat cheese) and there, slice of granular cheese, insipid) accompanied by salad with well seasoned. then excellent couscous: fresh and tasteful meats and vegetables. well respected proportions prevent waste. dessert: fresh fruit salad, nice. local wines of: chinon, good choices notably that of christian millerand de savigny.
I can endorse everything that a previous reviewer said in 2017. The food here is always good and there is a casual and relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. Their menu of the day was value-for-money and the veal chop I had was delicious. There is a good selection of Chinon wines and I will definitely return with friends.
On my last day in Chinon I got lost. I finally found my way to the square just after 1pm it started storming. I was starving decided to try this restaurant. I was not dissapointed at all. The food was awesome excellent value for money. Will definitely go there again

We were entitled to a delicious meal (medicinal plant and goat goat intake), wonderfully cooked lamb mice, and rhubarb sorbet in dessert. everything was hearty and very tasty! The boss is so sweet. The atmosphere is simple, but warm! I recommend!
randomly doing well, we discovered this restaurant during our walk. On the menu: - a simple frame- a map or you don't lose it- a quality cuisine based on fresh products- a manager listening to his customers in brief, an excellent surprise.
Another stop for a cheap set menu lunch. The food was of a reasonable standard, certainly nothing to complain about. We both had a glass of the local wine.
