I was very disappointed at the treatment of my recent visit to la briola! added, it was an additional point night and the place was crowded, but the workers of the treatment of the situation was terrible. being greeted by a long line was not unexpected, but I had a reservation from open table. there were only 2 people who took orders and left one after the order! Now we were on a person, they called someone from behind to command. When we came into register and our ordering tasks, we were told that they were from all specials for the evening, the roasted chicken, the salmon and several other options! that was only a little after 6! the register operator had no idea how the points were credit...
I am used to going to the location on Michigan Ave. Definitely very different atmosphere and service. This location is more self-serve (think Panera). Wasn’t anticipating but the food was still delicious. Ordered the Chicken Milanese Caesar Salad. It’s was very tasty and fulfilling. I recommend this location if you want something quick and tasty.
