The staff are friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I regularly purchase their unsweetened cocoa and hot chocolate mix here, which is more affordable than what I find at my local Whole Foods. Additionally, they feature beautiful cards by a local artist that are both charming and reasonably priced—cheaper than Hallmark options. We also sampled their hot chocolate and ice cream; although a bit pricey, the flavors were exceptional.
Although free samples are no longer available due to COVID, the staff member was very considerate in asking about my preferences and handpicked some samples for me. She was incredibly helpful, and I’ve since become hooked on the milk chocolate apple cider caramels! My only criticism is that they mainly emphasize dark chocolate, so if that’s not your preference, your choices might be somewhat restricted. Overall, I give them five stars for their outstanding service and tasty caramels!

You can purchase chocolates by weight, in bars, or as pre-packaged items. Although the prices are somewhat steep, the quality is truly exceptional and well worth it. I visited a few years back, and I still vividly recall how delicious the almond bark was.
I've lived in Vermont my entire life, and I only visited this place for the first time last week. It’s amazing! Anyone who loves chocolate will feel like they’ve entered heaven upon stepping inside. They also offer ice cream; I tried the coffee flavor, and it was fantastic. I can’t wait to return!

The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and the chocolates are amazing. We also sampled the coffee, which was Catamount from Vermont Artisan Coffee Tea Co., and it was delightful! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.
This is a large, spacious store filled with a wide variety of chocolates and candies. Absolutely delicious! They also have a fantastic selection of factory items available at lower prices. We have plenty in stock!
The quality of the chocolates here is outstanding! They offer all your favorites, both prepackaged and freshly made. In addition, they have a great selection of drinks and even maple syrup available!
My wife dragged me in because she loves chocolate the place was amazing. So I bought some yummy Coco and some Coco that was spicy haven't tried it yet but looking forward to it

Great spot, a bit on the expensive side, but that's typical for the location. The mint chocolate drink topped with whipped cream and marshmallows was absolutely delightful.
