On reflection the last reviews I can see are from 11 months ago. Poor untrained service, did not change plate’s between courses which in my opinion is a must when eating different types of fish meat and hot and cold food .OH and the food was not great either ,over cooked under spiced, the chef seems very confused . We are in the area to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful day in and around lake Windermere but this completely ruined the day.
I decided to take my husband to this restaurant for the first time, even though it's usually something I do with my girlfriends as it's not really his thing. From the moment we arrived until we finished our meal, I was blown away by the hospitality, staff, venue, and, most importantly, the amazing food. My husband, who was not that excited about going, was so impressed that he can't wait to come back. Thank you for the fantastic meal, as always.
Absolutely superb we have been trying to dine here for some time now, the wait was well worth it. Wow, the food is brilliant, we chose 7 plates and shared, we really struggled at the end to pick our best. Needless to say we didn't pick the same one. Cant wait to go back. The atmosphere was buzzing and the decor just took you to another place.
This restaurant is a wonderful hidden treasure, offering fresh, flavorful, and delicious dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried, which were not small portions, making them perfect for sharing. The beetroot and calamari (served in a delightful non-ring form) and Halloumi were must-try dishes. We will definitely be returning! Book a table now
Amazing food, every dish was full of flavour. Menu had a good variety for food and drinks, cocktails were top notch. Can’t decide which one was my favourite as they were all great. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend to anyone.
Visited this fabulous tapas restaurant in half term with my children and grandchildren. The service and food were excellent. Our every need was catered for. Will definitely return when we next visit the Lake District.
I cannot rate the tapas here highly enough for a large group. I’ve had some bad ones before. Fresh, tasty, colourful and great portions. Service was nicely friendly and prompt. Wish I lived closer so I can come again.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Everything was overly salted and the staff seemed indifferent. I have been here several times before, but I don't plan on returning anytime soon.
