Very nice gourmet evening We knew the leader of his previous passage in our city of Agen, we promised to make the 200kms that separate us from their table, on a head start we made the road and as soon as the reservation, pleasant surprise they helped us find accommodation for the night at the last minute. When at the restaurant, we chose the Carte Blanche to the Chef and his team, menu in 6 surprise services. I've made a five- glasses deal. From amuses to mignardises, everything was perfect! Nice restaurant, nice cellar, perfect service. Taste the French spritz, an aperitif based on the famous Limoux blanquette that has nothing to envy champagne. Menu Tasting in 5 services: mouth, entrance, fish, meat, dessert. On the good advice of the waiters, accord dishes and wines, with beautiful wine discoveries. We will return our eyes closed, thank you for this successful moment.
