I spent a night with my parents at this hotel. We were already aware that there was something in the years ahead. But when we arrived, we were very surprised at the reception. The reception line, which gave us the keys, unfortunately seemed very drunk, in the whole hotel it smelled strong after smoke. The towels in our room had undefined spots, so we decided to go to bed without shower. The entire hotel is also designed with carpets that have probably not been cleaned since opening. After years of operation, a hotel with equipment no longer looks like new, we are aware. However, letting a hosting operation be done as we had to experience it during the weekend is a pity. The breakfast buffet...
I was in the Schützenhof in 2013 or so with my mother. The food was delicious when I remember correctly, and I even got to look at the rooms. Then I wanted to go back to dinner with my mother, and the guard didn't let us in. I heard he was to be demolished. But when I went past that last time, he was still there. Instead of the new operator coming in, he will probably sink into the ground.
You have to give a star. It's too much. When you get in, it's suffocating. What's getting stronger to stink. Breakfast is only available from 9:00. If you have to work, it's not nice. The spider webs hang in the room from the ceiling and in general it is highly need for renovation. Not comfortable. Never again. I've never slept so badly. Sorry.
Uniquely in the years come hotel with Spartan rooms and very small wet cell (in part even as a shower cabin directly in the room) and toilet in the hallway. Ordinary breakfast in a rather dark restaurant. Not recommended!

You're always kindly welcomed. The rooms are cozy and if Mr. Dill has time is also a small chat no theme! Prices are more lazy and breakfast is included in the morning. You like to come back to Kalkberg every year!

Nice and original. Rustic cuisine with fresh delicious food. Hurry up with a visit. When the tenant retires in 1-3 years, the building is torn off and apartments are built.
accommodation not recommended. Very dirty rooms and no service. Breakfast cheapest baked bread rolls and quite thirsty.

Price performance ok. Could be cleaner. Nice staff, parking in front of the house. Breakfast was good
