we had booked a double room for the samba festival. the room is useful, but also required renovation. the garderobe didn't really go up like the key turned around. there were enough clothes hangers. as usual the bathroom was not only the shower too low (I am only 186 cm and the shower ended at the kinen,) but also defective. she did not fit in the pick-up of the shower bar, so the head was loose hanging. but this is not a problem for us, as we repair in 90% of the hotels where we sleep the showers. This time I built a new showerhead, but only for our stay. When I left, I rebuilt the old head. a unikum is also that an old small television has to make its services. the picture was very remote...
The Landhaus Kaiser is one of the old guest houses in Coburg district and is located directly on the local road between Coburg and Rödental. Parking is located right outside the door. Here the guest is in the foreground! Very friendly, professional staff. In winter, the fireplace is constricted in the next room. Homely warmth. The food is great. Here, too, price-performance is right. Seasonal and regional dishes. As it is in the trend. For Christmas there are homemade treats, also for taking away. The Stollen did not convince me. He smelled fantastic, but then remembered a sand cake with a stollen flavor and also shredded like that, instead of taste like a stollen. The consistency had nothing to do with a cleat. But everything else is just very good. I'll be happy to be back at any time.
Zum Abendessen, mal wieder im Kaiser eingekehrt.Der Stammtisch war gerade mit einer Runde würfeln beschäftigt und die Bedienung kümmerte sich um Getränke für andere Gäste. Wir nahmen am Tisch im hinteren Bereich Platz und wurden auch gleich versorgt. Essen war wie immer gutund die Bedienung versorgte uns mit allen was wir benötigten. Schöner Abend bis demnächst. Wir haben hier nicht nur gut übernachtet, sondern auch sehr gut gegessen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet.
