You would think that getting bad Chinese in Eastwood would be near impossible . Don’t be fooled . The “chefs recommendation “special fried rice was so so uninspiring . It was limp ,no flavour and not at all special by any means . At the special price of $20 it was way overpriced . Really the quality and taste were disappointing . No proud chef would serve that . For years now we have been interested in having dinner here . It’s also been recommended to me . At $68 for our quick dinner for two was expensive given how ordinary the food was . Duck was dry and stringy , Oily Salt and pepper batter swamped and overwhelmed frozen bulk pack seafood thingy . It’s a token restaurant in a pokie house...
This restaurant is in the Landmark Hotel so full pub bar We have been here a couple of times now and I cannot bring myself to order any other beef dish It is called Bi Feng Tang Diced Beef It melts in your mouth We also had 3 cup chicken which is really yummy too Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble My Partner knocked over a beer (No we had only had the half) the staff quickly came picked up our meals drinks etc and whisked us off to another table so we could continue while they cleaned up Very lovely people
Recently, this pub has reintroduced chairs and tables near the bar area, a few months after a mistake made by management in pursuit of profit. It is a stunning location, offering a rare and peaceful view of a leafy street while enjoying a drink. Upstairs, there is a lovely restaurant with expansive views, reasonably priced lunches, and a variety of dinner options. It is a friendly and distinct spot that is definitely worth a visit.
Never had any issues in the past with this restaurant I always ordered fried noodles or singapore fried noodles never had an issue in-fact it was delicious. But this time it was terrible not the food but what got me sick from the food I ordered Dried fried shredded beef and I got sick with stomach flu in relation to eating the contaminated beef. I won’t be ordering Chinese food for a while. What a shame

The ambiance at this restaurant is very inviting. All of the employees were incredibly polite and friendly. The security personnel in particular were wonderfully relaxed and attentive, even offering to arrange a taxi ride home for me. I will definitely be returning in the near future!
I enjoyed a good beer with my friends at this cozy spot, perfect for catching up with 2-3 people. They don't have a dining area, so it's not ideal for larger groups. They also offer a free membership that can help save money. I definitely plan on returning next time.
This is an outstanding Chinese restaurant in Eastwood. It was full of Chinese diners on the weekend of Chinese New Year. Good portions and superb flavours- Mongolian lamb, sweet and sour pork and stir fry dried beef were all tremendous. Great place

Not specifical but 1. Staff and security guard are very friendly and kind. 2. Some happy hour drinks are available 3. Have indoor and outdoor to drinks. 4. Clean inside and toilets 5. Not too busy or noisy
Pretty sure this pub only exists to house pokie machines as there is very limited other places to sit but it still sells booze
