back from a beautiful weekend in Alsace, we like to think back to the restaurant de l’ange in wissembourg. a quiet courtyard, a courtesy service, a small but fine menu and a very good price-performance ratio, we can recommend this restaurant unrestricted. we have tried the schneiderspaettel, the kalbskeule or also the ibericoschwein as main dish and enjoyed very. will also be satisfied with special wishes in the frame of the possible (starter as the main food portion). also the weeping, especially the spicy-traminer have tasted us well. reservation is recommended. we like to come back.
When we are in the area, we will eat in this pretty restaurant of wissembourg. The kitchen is really excellent. the menu is regularly reworked with the seasons and mood of the chef to offer all delicious and original dishes. in the summer you can have lunch or dinner in the small inner courtyard. the service is pleasant and nice. without being immense the wine map is judicious and well provided. the price quality ratio is correct. an address you need to recommend !!!!
has all been done! start: terrine with goat cheese and foie - both wonderful! main course: callbskeule and schneiderspaettel - at the callbskeule has only missed a hauch more salt/pepper! schneiderspaettel was very good! dessert: fromages and sorbet de cassis with creme de cacao! aperitiw plus wein - 110€! price performance and quality are top! we are happy to come back!
more beautiful and romantic than in the inner courtyard of the l’ange you can hardly stay. the very friendly welcome and advice by chefinso and culinary delights of the top class rounded this first visit. You deliberately try to circumvent the Alsace classics, want to press up your own stamp to the overall offer .

old setting for this restaurant in the city center of wissembourg. the service is correct and the dishes very good. However, prices for the quantity in the plates are a little high. (26€ for 4 holy jaques with celery...)Good experience, but it is possible to find a better ratio of quality/price in the city.
the cozy, very typical Alsatian restaurant does not have a large map, but fresh and delicious food. try the thin schneiderspaettel. the wetin is very friendly and competent.For me in wissembourg one must. reservation is recommended.
held by chef ludwig for more than 20 years, it is for me by far the best restaurant in the city, see the surroundings. When in the room, nothing has ever said, Madame is your little ones! Don't hesitate for a second.
have chosen the menu at 33€: entry, dish, dessert everything was perfect, well cooked, beautiful presentation in the plate. the discreet, effective service has listening. In summary, spent an excellent evening.
