L'ardoise - Table reservation

I now understand why this restaurant has a one month deadline for reservations. It's delicious, cooking only with fresh, seasonal and local products (cheese), the menu changes every month or so, so you never eat the same thing. The welcome is impeccable and warm. Nicolas and his team are adorable. The setting is modern and friendly. The only downside is the price, but excellence has a cost. Personally, I prefer to go to restaurants less often, but find undeniable quality there, like L'ardoise, when I go there. I therefore highly recommend. An excellent address.

Very nice room, very well received, very friendly waitress. The dishes offered are all tempting. Fresh produce very well cooked. A real treat. A courageous young couple, Audrey in the kitchen offers local products very well prepared with care and originality, Nico in the dining room shows magnificent kindness and professionalism and excels in the presentation and explanation of the all local wines that he advises. 2 young people who deserve and who must be put to work, reservation required as they are often full.
