cyclists in the region we regularly stop at the colt to enjoy a coffee because we know we will be welcomed. Today, lunch around a truffle. as superlatives both by the reception and by the quality of what we were used. and a very controlled addition. Really, the slate deserves a stop or even a square turn. and all the more so because the place of the village is in rehabilitation and finally in a few days will allow the slate to serve on the terrace.
