L'arôme - Table reservation

It's like you're in a Michelin star restaurant, but you just pay €38. There was meat on the menu, but I don't eat it and the cook changed his menu of the day for us. He gave us so delicious fish dishes, literally the best I had in my life. If you are in Dijon, visit this restaurant. The only thing that needs improvement is the waiters, they were not welcome and I felt as if they were talking about customers. But you will forget them when you get your food ; .

Had a great meal here. For each course (entrée, plat, Dessert) and an optional fourth course (second Entrée) there is a fixed price menu. The food is French and very well made. My favourite was a dessert of yogurt mousse (marshmallow-y in taste and texture) with aniseed ice cream, ingwerbread-Til, stone fruit and berries. Jesus. The price for two was about 95 euros. Service was excellent.

Belated review: a great first-lunch during our Dijon trip, modern French with an unmistakable Japanese Asian touch to the flavours and ingredients. A pity we forgot to save a photo of the gazpacho this time :

I was here two weeks ago and still dreamed about the food, the best restaurant I've ever been. It was just what our Airbnb host told us: the food is worth 5 stars, but you don't pay for it.

Excellent dishes, French cuisine with an Asian touch. I recommend the restaurant when you visit the city. Reservation is required.
