Las Champas is an excellent local restaurant that's family-friendly and run by Felix and his family. The food is prepared fresh every day right on the spot, and I have to say, the pupusas are the best I've ever tasted. While I haven't tried many pupusas in my life, I had the pork and cheese one, and it was fantastic. There's plenty of seating available both inside and outside. The other day, Felix's nieces were enjoying a tres leches cake (translated into English as "three milks cake"), and they kindly offered me a slice—it was delicious!
