Great Cuban cafeteria in Fort Lauderdale! I grew up with Steak Sandwiches “Pan con Bistec” for lunch in Westchester, FL (very Cuban/American neighborhood) and this place makes a good job to keep their food authentic. The service is a little slow, so lean back and make sure you have a few extra minutes or just make sure to order everything at once and pay the bill on the counter when the time comes. Great menu! Follow me if that was helpful. Come back for updates and deets in more places!

Fast pace atmosphere especially in the morning. However, Broward County has limited options for authentic Cuban cuisine. This is a location where if you don't care about fancy decor you'll get a great cup of Cafe con Leche and some Cuban meals like ropa vieja etc. Service is hit or miss but just forgetaboutthat and enjoy the food.,

Amazing place for good, authentic Cuban cuisine. Two of us have pork roasts and the other got a Cuban sandwich. The Plantains were fantastic as the fried Yucca. Beans were so good and well cooked. Also the Guava pastries and coffee next morning were great. Nice, no foot, go away from the crowd.

I ordered the seafood soup and it was the most delicious soup I ever had. I wasn't in Cuba in ten years, but it brought me back directly, and quite simply inspired me to plan my next trip there. It took a while until the food arrived, but it was extremely worth waiting.
