We spend part of our year in France and dine out regularly. This restaurant was to us a delightful surprise. It had an excellent choice of menu and the food was well presented and delicious. As the name implies it is housed in an old workshop which has been imaginatively transformed. The pleasant atmosphere was enhanced by the relaxed friendliness of the proprietor. The aperitif maison is not to be missed. Booking is essential as we were lucky enough to just get in by the skin of our teeth on a Monday.
I went here for lunch with my father and sister and it really was quite delicious. We ordered the menu de jour which was extremely good value and had smoked trout blinis to start, poached chicken in a cream sauce and rice and chocolate mousse with fresh orange. It was all immaculately presented and very good. Front of house is the husband who has a good sense of humour made us feel very well looked after. I would definitely recommend eating here. And I thought the husband quite dishy too!
What a pleasure a restaurant that doesn't deceive on the internet! The photos had seduced us and the reality was more than the date! Don't miss it by entering both the fat mixed with figs, the tuna or the beef Asian way and the desert the final bouquet! An unmatched rum baba and a mango paracetamol and passion fruit! Without forgetting a small care service! Thank you to this family for this good time!
A restaurant to be discovered absolutely. A couple with small care for their customers, Mr at service, with a lot of humor, and Mrs in kitchen, for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds, the dishes are cooked with passion both at the gustative and visual level! Menu at 32 euros flat entry dessert from more correct in view of quality....Thank you to you we will be back with pleasure soon.
