La cuisine est à la hauteur de la vue. Que ce soit le menu du jour ou à la carte, les plats sont fins, délicats, de saison et préparé pour la plupart avec des produits locaux. Le service est très sympathique, arrangeant et agréable. Je ne peux que recommander, après avoir dîner avec plusieurs fois pendant mon séjour à l’hôtel. Pour les grandes faims, les plats ne sont pas gigantesques, mais si besoin/envie, l’assiette de fromage et/ou un dessert combleront tout le monde.
