Returned here after being pleasantly surprised about the culinary standard in September 2022. The level of cooking remains extraordinary, well balanced flavours nice presentation all at Michelin level I would say. The restaurant offers a cosy and modern atmosphere with comfortable seating. This time round I rate them 4 out 5 and not 5 out of 5 as I did last time. The reason for this is there are points worth improving. In winter time of course everybody is in their overcoats, however it’s not offered to take you coat. So everybody hang them from their chairs, should not be. One of the first experiences we made with my partner in a gourmet restaurant. We are delighted to have stopped in this charming place both in the room and in our plates. We are two rather difficult people in taste and yet we lent ourselves to the game of the menu of 4 sequences. We did not know in advance what was going to be served and I can tell you that we reconciled with certain foods so that the plate associations were well thought out. Everything was a pleasure in our palaces. A great thank you to the bosses and their team to offer us this beautiful moment of parenthesis, to whom we still wish many beautiful things for the future!
Excellent dinner, very nice surprise. I realized at the dinner I had already tasted the chef’s cuisine when he was at Pré Catelan in Paris and at Château Cordeillan Bages in Bordeaux. The entries (Pâté en croûte et mushroom) were amazing, I loved the St. James. Featuring fine dining tables, the meal is worth 1 star michelin. Merit to be trying if you’re nearby. We'll be back with pleasure.

Dans un cadre très agréable, le chef Julien Lefebvre et son épouse sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Nous avons testé la ballade Normande en 7 services avec les accords de vins. Tout est parfait avec des explosions de saveurs à chaque bouchée, arômes, finesse et fraîcheur végétale… Un vrai plaisir gustatif Merci pour ce très bon moment
Wow!!!!! It's the second one we're dining at the theatre, one year apart. Verdict: we love it. The tasting menu is a great surprise! From the beginning to the end, the mix of flavors and textures has delighted my taste buds. The service is also high! A big bravo to the whole team.

Bravo pour ce cuisinier inventif. Il y a des explosions de saveurs différentes dans chaque plat. Chaque plat est une découverte. Le service est très dynamique et la patronne super sympathique.
