I would have liked to give you my opinion on this table but it will be for a next time or never. Indeed, having a smartbox "the chefs' tables", I chose this restaurant in the smartbox booklet. What was not my surprise when with a small commercial voice I was told that I could not dine in the summer in this restaurant using a smartbox. and yes trade obliges holders of a smartbox will be able to book in this restaurant in November (a day of rain will be even better) when the restaurant may have more difficulty filling its room. gastronomic meal at mr cédric bechade. frankly, great art. irreproachable personal, variety of superb tastes, products of extreme quality. originality also resides and especially in the revisited side of Basque cuisine. Just awesome! We stayed in one of the contemporary rooms, and there too, it's a faultless one. very beautiful room space, superb bedding, relaxing decoration. First of all, I would like to emphasize the excellent reception that was reserved for us despite the fact that we were coming in a smartbox. Indeed in general the restaurant does not welcome the boxing in the summer but after explaining that we were passing it was nicely proposed to come a noon (thank you to Olivia). The table deserves its star as from the beginning to the end everything was perfect (take a coffee.): the setting, the reception, the service without forgetting well on the refined but authentic cuisine.
I went there three times, the first to the top, the second to the top but the third... it was for our one year with my girlfriend. quality is undeniable but I was very disappointed that day of the quantity and waiting between the dishes (between 20 and 30 min) , maybe it was a bad day I don’t know . It's because the two times before made me dream that I wanted to go back there a third time. However frame really top very sharp, open kitchen. I still recommend.

Since the time that the buddies had tanned me with the Basque Inn, I went there for my birthday and I have to admit that I didn't have to regret it.Tip top from beginning to end, we spent a great evening.We chose the wellness menu composed by cedric bechade in person and it was a festival of flavors from the entrance to the coffee. the service is exceptional, the super professional and competent sommelier.
We have known this inn at a wedding, the hostel is located in a splendid setting, in the middle of a park, typical Basque interior, as well as the dishes that were served us, the original and delicious mouth lovers (crickly paddock) all the rest of the lunch has been perfect, the staff is in the small care and relaxed atmosphere, we recommend it
Excellent restaurant with a super surprise as the menu was created for our group. Our individual likes and dislikes were fully reflected in the dishes and the execution was superb. Good choices of local wines were advised and the lamb, especially appropriate for an Easter...meal, was marvellous.
it was a beautiful evening with my man and daughter. we had the menu with paired weeps, service was very flexible and beautiful. Open kitchen was amazing to see the professionalism of the brigade while cooking. it was a multisensory satisfying experience!
