We visited the Chateau opposite and decided to stay in the area for lunch. The restaurant looked busy and reasonably priced, even though the menu didn't have a large selection. The menu wasn't in English, as we can speak and read French it wasn't a problem. The waitress could speak English so I think she would of been able to help if it had been. The food was fabulous and very well presented.Inside the restaurant it had a rustic homely feel to it, which made you want to relax over a coffee and one of their yummy desserts.Had the weather been warmer there is also outside seating.

Everything about this auberge was outstanding; the choice and quality of food, the environment, the price/value of €15 for a three course lunch, and the extremely professional, polite and attentive staff. Just outside the chateau walls, used and recommended by locals. Parfait!
