The food was great brunch food, the service was great and the location accessible. The dining room, on the other hand, was stuffy and uncomfortable likely due to an undersized AC system, large glass window and a door that was opening and closing during on of the hottest and most humid days of the year. The door should be exit only and they could have at least placed some oscillating fans to move the air around. Made the entire experience “mid” at best.
I ordered the shrimp scampi and was told it was a large plate. And my husband ordered lobster Mac n cheese. My scampi was a large plate alright but with only a little bit of food on it. I’ll it was good I just wish I had more of it. And that plate itself was $30. The Mac n cheese was bland and that plate was also &30. In short I’m still hungry ?? oh and it was too dark in there. The drink watermelon drink was good it was $14 but I wish I had more
I really liked this place, food and service and such until the waitress put 20% gratuity on my party of FIVE without mentioning it. Handed me the portable machine to run my card and tip. I did tip bc she was lovely. Then got my receipt and saw her ‘double' tip. He attitude changed real quick when I brought it to her attention kindly. Btw- the menu was from a QR code so no such ‘warning' about gratuity being added was anywhere in sight.
Ambiance and decor was good but some of the chairs really needed replaced , leather had been rubbed off on a few. The flooring tiles are also super wonky and move around a lot. Service was good! I had the best salmon of my life there but the fries were undercooked, disco fries were not great, and the bfast sandwich wasn't very good either. We felt like for what we paid for, it wasn't worth returning. Book a table now
I invited a friend to this restaurant after not visiting for a few years, and unfortunately, the food was below average. The place looked like it needed some updates and repairs. During lunch, the atmosphere felt a bit off, and the calamari we ordered didn't turn out well. I likely won't return, but I hope others visit and that the restaurant considers making some improvements.
I ordered the steak omelet, but it didn't contain any steak at all. It was really disappointing. I don't understand why they advertise steak when what I received was just an omelet with vegetables. The strawberry mimosa also didn't taste like strawberry; we had to request extra strawberry puree to give it any flavor. I won't be coming back. Sorry.
Everything was fantastic except for our server. She was quite inattentive. We noticed our drinks sitting at the bar, ready for us, for about 25 minutes before she finally brought them over. By that time, our food had already arrived.
Its a hook up bar not really a restaurant. If you are looking to hook up and not really enjoy a good meal, this is the spot! Book a table now
