We came to two dinners in the week of August 15 at the Bac in Traille as part of the Hugo Riboulet residence event winner of Top Chef 2023. Simplenyet refined dinner with perfect execution. Very tasty from starter to dessert. A good wine selection. The terrace is very pleasant in the summer, although a bit packed.
One of the best restaurants I could eat, we recognize the vein of Chef Masachi Ijichi starred from the hiding place. A delight!
