After entering through the front door of the Church, we were led through while there was a church meeting happening. The dinner and dance venue is in an area at the back of the church. It looks to be a good location for the dinner and live band. This definately is geared to an older demographic, and we felt about 10-15 years early for this type of gathering. We stayed for dinner, but left before the show, which hadn’t started within the 2 hours since we were seated. Dinner was good, and the service was very nice. Probably a good idea for the event coordinators to let potential guests of a younger affinity to be aware of the actual demographic that this appeals to. Considering it was about $1...
The food was just ... bad. I had chili relleno, a steak taco, and a chicken enchilada and all three were bad. The passion fruit margarita was fantastic. And my girlfriend said that it was much better the other two times she ate there. But I am not going back. Except maybe for another passion fruit margarita ....
This was probably the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The server was nowhere to be found, and it took a full 2 hours from the moment we placed our order to receive our food. Additionally, we were charged for the wrong drinks and the staff was unwilling to make any corrections.
We really enjoyed our evening. The food was excellent and the band was fantastic. The night however was advertised as “soul R b” yet the majority of the music (esp the second half) was more contemporary. It was not really what we were expecting.

We had a reservation, it took us 1 hour to get our table ready. It took another 45 minutes for someone to take our order, then they got the order wrong. The food we got was ok but nothing special. Can't recommend it at all.
We had a very pleasant brunch on Saturday. The sangria was refreshing and the tacos and enchilada were delicious. The decor was adequate and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
It was terrible. We never ordered. Waiter never came. Chips stale. Had to go out. It was hot inside and stuffy and smelly. Dreadful.
Great venue , intimate live music experience, excellent talent! Made for a very fun evening a don't miss when in Montreal!
