"Food, service and especially the scenery of the lake and mountains from our outdoor table was incredible. The Chef does wonders with blending of flavors in his dishes. Love, love, love the pig jowls!"

find it hard to believe that this was a Michelin-star restaurant earlier. eating was average and not noticeable, I remember the sauces that were great, but eating itself was not, and there was not enough sauce to go around. the two were employees. difficult and unfriendly. this can be because they have not spoken much English, which was not a problem, but it is still possible to convey it easily. my fiancée and I had just engaged the night before and they never asked if we had something to celebrate or noticed to make photos that made it obvious even though there were only about 4 tables throughout the restaurant. (8 tabs in total, I believe. the experience would not have left such a bad tas...

Situated with a commanding view of lake Annecy, Le Belvedere's menu had a lot to live up to. It did not disappoint. As someone who likes to make my own way around a menu, the choice of three set menus initially appeared a little limiting....This proved a mistake on my part. Opting for the douceur menu we were treated to six tasting portions which were a delight from start to finish. The aperitif of thyme infused egg set the bar high and subsequent courses of rabbit, tenderly cooked pork, an extensive cheese board and two deserts were exercises in perfectly balanced food artistry. as soon as annecy arrived, a slower walk to the restaurant. in any case not difficult to find. the douceur curs with champagne. I think they have a different menu for the summer, but I had the twax meat during this time. The taste and taste transitions between the individual “plates” (taste) were complementary and softly balanced, just as the menu titled. the chef has an excellent work when selecting the menu. pictures speak 1000 words, so that readers can refer to the attached photos. a heavenly experience. wants to return in summer to taste their seasonal menu/gift (and at the same time explore the outdoor adventure activities around the lake)

if their only mill in the niere looking for something else. eating was on the stretch from moderate to good, but nothing unforgettable. some dishes were simply strange, as simple cottage cheese served with a glass of white sugar on the side. Not...a 80 Euro mill by category. service is friendly, but not very professional with little knowledge about eating. very beautiful.
