"We dined at this restaurant twice and each time the service and food were outstanding! The waiter was well-informed about gluten and made me feel very comfortable. The gluten-free bread was exceptional - I actually thought it was regular bread until the waiter showed me the packaging. I also tried the pizza, which was baked on a separate sheet to prevent any cross-contamination. It was delicious."

I experienced a disappointing dining experience at this restaurant for the first time. They initially served me a dish with broth that was not diluted, which I had to send back. They then brought me the same dish with gluten-free bread, but unfortunately, the goat cheese on top still had broth. I had informed them of my allergy before placing my order. I was particularly disappointed as I had booked a room at this hotel with the assurance that they could accommodate gluten-free diets. They even had gluten-free pizza on their menu. Additionally, the service was very slow.

The restaurant initially brought out a dish with regular bread, which I sent back due to my gluten allergy (celiac). They then brought out the same dish with gluten-free bread, but it had bread crumbs on top of the goat cheese. I had clearly stated my allergy before ordering. I was very disappointed as I had specifically chosen this hotel for its ability to accommodate gluten-free diets. Additionally, we had planned to order gluten-free pizza from the menu, but they were out of it. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow.
