If you are in the new city of Carcassone and need to have a dinner or lunch you can definitely choose this one. The staff was super nice and friendly, we had a great time. The food was all seasonal, fresh and delicious! Tartine plates are good choice but I would also ask the 'plat du jour' as we were lucky and I had a great stuffed courgette! A nice local French experience :)
Had lunch with the family at the Le-Bis-Troquet and we were very happy with our selection: fast and friendly service, and delicious food made from local ingredients.Both tartines (we had three different, all very good) and menu of the day were tasty and fresh.We will return without a doubt for lunch if are in the area.
Excellent address! The dishes were very well explained to us. We chose an Armenian salad and one of the suggestions dishes, and it was really good! For dessert I took the lost bunny, a regal again! An address that I strongly recommend and we'll probably go back to try the tarts that look delicious! Bravo to the team!
We had the chance to have a good evening, with a very original and succulent meal. The proposed local white wine must be discovered. Nice place in central Carcassonne just off place Canot. Menu limited to tartines and although an extensive selection available that's all. I opted for a pepperoni which tasted very good and consisted of local ham, grilled red pepper compote with rocket and fresh pesto.
The waitress was the best part of this dinner! Thanks so much. For only 12€ you get soup/salad and a ginormous bruschetta to choose from many types! They only use ingredients and drinks from around the place :) recommended!
Restaurant discovered by chance during our trip. And what a discovery! A warm welcome, delicious cuisine and fresh and local products. Remember to book if possible, it is very quickly filled. A treat, I recommend 100
We ate a delicious meal here and we're served by very friendly staff. The open sandwiches were delicious, as was the gazpacho. It's nice to eat something a bit different and we will definitely be returning Book a table now

"Very quaint place with average service but above average food. We seat upstairs the fist night and enjoyed the 28euro menu items and salads. For New Years we had a 42 Euro menu which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place."
