a first Monday, 3:00 p.m. in arcachon, looking for a restaurant. Random brings us to the door of the bistro'chon and there we think there are happy chances. extremely well cooked fresh products, a boss and simple, nice, nice servers. and in the end in addition to an addition more than honest for the quality of the products. go there a nice address to discover and rediscover at 2 steps from the beach.
A very nice card. We took three different salads. in that of the sea the shrimp was not defrosted, in the others half slice of raw ham each. a lot of green salad, we stayed on our hunger for a dish at this price. We preferred to get ice in the alleys to finish our meal.

The shamons went to the bistrochon. The welcome was rather nice but the dishes are a little disappointing. Red with basil crust and parmesan it is tempting but at the finish dressage is medium and taste is not there.
