With a second home nearby for 23 years, and three sometimes four visits there annually, and a stop or two each visit, I 've dined at the Bistrot about 100 times. Vincent 's food is always excellent, the entire staff (following Pierre 's lead is a hoot and clearly enjoys serving a clientele that is a wonderful mix of local regulars and visitors from afar. (There 's nothing like a winter Saturday evening where a table of 24 30 is celebrating the birthday of the table 's eldest. My most recent visit featured a couple from Australia whose son whose bride to be is from Canada. Dinner for 100 the night before the wedding will be at the Bistrot.

We had dinner here one night with friends from Switzerland. The meal is always a fixed menu and will vary daily. You have a main course then the cheese course then dessert. Oh and all of the wine you can consume during the meal. It also includes cordials and coffee. It is one price for everything. The food and service was great. The selection of cheeses was spectacular. When in Provence, we will definitely return. This was a fun experience.

Whilst on a full day private tour this restaurant was suggested to us by our tour guide. We had a great time fabulous food and spent hours enjoying the ambiance of this place. The staff where excellent, friendly and Pierre was absolutely excellent as a host. You need to try this if you wish to experience quality french cuisine.

Unless you read the reviews before, you don't expect to find such a wonderful place. It is an all inclusive menu (including wine), with two choices of appetizers and entres only, which change every day. Delicious food and Very friendly and efficient staff too.
