Our party of eight held for lunch on a sunny August Wednesday after a walk through the market in St Brieuc. Since we wanted to sit outside in the paved pedestrian zone, the waitress quickly set up some chairs and tables to accommodate us. Service after...was not fast, but this is the only complaint I have, we had a delicious meal. Galettes were large, well filled and very tasty. A few of our group ordered menus that contain two hearty godets and a sweet crepe, plus apple wine, for a very reasonable price. A galette with ham, cheese, mushrooms, an egg and cream fraiche was quite enough for me! Recommended for authentic Breton gallets, crepe and apple wine if you are not in a hurry.

The small restaurant is beautifully decorated, with an extensive collection of coffee pots. Service and kitchen were a one-women operation, treated with efficiency. The selection of crepe... ingredients was great and there was the opportunity to create your own, always appreciated. Our crepes together with a green salad with potatoes and blue cheese for a satisfying meal. Usually I would give this place 4 stars, but I think it is unfairly low rated, so a 5 to increase its average.

Stopped in this picturesque cobbled street where the tables are in the street. Excellent salad with delicious sorbet and wine bread for 10 euros. Lovely friendly staff.
