Le Carillon - Table reservation

We have been going to the Carillon for three summers now during our holidays in Provence. While we have arguable visited almost all of the top restaurants in the Luberon this establishment remains on of our favorite ones. The food here simply exceeds even meals at many of the region’s top hotel restaurants and remains an absolute delight with its dedication to a somewhat fresher interpretation of French summer cuisine. Certainly, there are restaurants which are gifted with a more charming terrace or garden, but if you go for food quality and lovely service this is a place not to be missed.

One of our Go To places in the Luberon. We have had many dinners in our repeated trips to Provence and it never disappoints! Located in one of the rare quiet villages, there is a very attractive outside terrace. Cuisine is varied and prepared perfectly with attention to detail and served by personable and professional people . Madame is charming and welcoming. Be sure to reserve in advance and check days open…..sadly last year we missed out due to our poor planning. We were happy to return for another terrific dining experience. Good value.

A warm welcome at short (and late) notice was a really positive start, followed by excellent, friendly and attentive service from everyone involved. A very good fixed price lunch indeed for 30euros (3 courses) hake was superbly cooked in particular. Highly recommended.

Lovely food and atmosphere for our last day in Goult. Staff were all great especially the lady who thought us a lot about the local produce and the different wines and cherries. We did manage to persuade her that mushy peas may actually taste good as well.

A wonderful lunch with friends excellent service and staff very reasonable, we really enjoyed our meal. The staff were super frankly and very accommodating
