After a baking problem of a dish we explained that it was not possible to fix the cooking of a piece of liver in bulk it is like MAC DO you eat what you are given and you shut it anyway the master doesn't care and come see you after having simmered you half an hour in front of your dish. The cook is not better it has affixed that after leaving his kitchen the piece was bloodolating ... barely 20 ml of the kitchen at the table occurred a phenomenon of evaporation still unexplained to this day!!! If you want to be taken for cons, you'll be in the right place.
It 's a chance to have access to such places, Special menu for Easter Sunday. Menu in eight steps, with a few surprises. The meal was perfect, special mention for the lamb and its hay juice . For the rest, a pleasant setting, service worthy of the meal, a sommelier who immediately understands what we are looking for. Our next trip to Tain/Tournon will necessarily have a stop at “Cerisier”
Really excellent restaurant, of the standard of a great restaurant but at a much more reasonable price. Everything is excellent and the service is perfect. I totally recommend.
