My daughter and I went to Yvoire to have a brilliant sunny day's outing - and everything went perfectly except for our horrible experience in this restaurant. While it was very pretty to sit on the terrace, we waited over an hour for our lunch. A group of seven were served before us, although they arrived 15 minutes after we did. After an hour, we started to get fidgety and there was still no sign we were even getting to be served. Beside us were two couples - one couple (British) got up to pay for their drinks and left in a huff. The other (a French couple) followed suit. We wanted to stop there to eat on Sunday noon. There was a world but the terrace wasn't full. The waitress barely said hello, we were bored to come. We had 1 card for four! And in a bad state. the menu of the day written by hand but unreadable, not treated. stickers on unavailable dishes. as much as to say that it doesn't make you want to order. We waited 15min, still no waitress, so we're gone! A deplorable welcome, the map is a real brouillon.

We went into this restaurant because the food was good. After waiting first to get a table for 20 minutes, no one takes control of the tables, we get to sit down. 45 minutes later, we weren't even asked for the drinks. with them, and with the empty gut, we leave sad.

We have to be very patient we were well served it was very good. The boss is on his own for the organization we saw a person who came to help him at all energetic, which explains the waiting period. The toilets are very prope.
