I found the Chicoula while walking in Bordeaux. From the outside it is a small and cozy place, the lines and style of the interior appealed to enter and try. Unfortunately, they had no place at the time. So I booked a place and we went with my wife. The first impression when inside is that of a delicate and familiar place. We found the waitress and chef (which we met before leaving) very friendly and professional. We choose the découvert menu at 35 euros per person. Intimate atmosphere, maybe 10 tables, all dishes for ordering, exceptional detail and quality.
