The pictures of the Hotel part, of what I could see, have nothing to do with reality. After one night, the hotel clearly needs to be renovated (even if the price remains interesting for the center of Valenciennes, I will not return). But anyway, the room is dirty, there wasn't even a shower curtain. The smell of moisture and sewer was not optional, but well present. And the sounding is to be seen again, but fortunately for me that I had rather quiet room neighbors. The welcome is pretty warm!

Practical hotel because close to the train station and cheap. The bed was comfortable. The flat is that the structure is old, breakfast not at all garnished (although not a good croissant of the bakery). The bathroom did not feel good and the wifi worked very badly.
