Nous nous y sommes rendus lors de la fête du cassoulet. Le samedi, jours de très forts orages imprévus en soirée avec pour conséquence une grande terrasse inutilisable. Organisation parfaite afin satisfaire tous les clients à intégrer à l'intérieur. Apéritif offert afin de compenser l'attente induite par cet évènement imprévu le tout avec compétence et sourire. Félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel. Une fois installés (6 personnes), service sans reproche, salade avec foie gras de très bonne qualité pour un menu, quant au cassoulet, certainement un des meilleurs de Castelnaudary. Lunch on weekdays in the middle of August without reservation, the only menu is that of the day (bolognese that day) otherwise only a la carte. Very satisfied with this Restau outing with friends, we were very well received by Justine and his team, a well-stocked card, we ate very well! Do not take into account the very negative opinions because frankly it is not justified. Do not hesitate if you are looking for or going to eat on Castelnaudary, you will not be disappointed! Very good dinner tonight. It was our first two-way exit without a baby, and it was great! Flats well presented, very good, fast service, warm and welcoming staff, decor to the top... Really, that was great! We'll come back to taste the new card! Saumon cooked to perfection, just like pasta al dente. Pears with mimosa eggs were a treat. See you soon!
