For authenticity lovers, the crystal is the ideal restaurant. one believes to enter a bar but it is actually a good brewery where the kitchen is home with fresh vegetables from the garden, the boss, meat purchased direct producer as much as possible. all cooked with talent. A treat. It has become one of our best cholet addresses to lunch with friends or colleagues. view of the garden of the mail and the terrace facing south are real more. Finally, the simple and sincere welcome to govern is happiness. We recently made a crystal dinatory apero, it was top: healthy and homely little preparations accompanied by wonderful wines. Anyway, you'll get it, I'm a fan!
My daughter and I visited Cholet for the Tour de France. Our first night, we were drawn in by beautiful music Karaoke night! Of all the places in Cholet we loved, Le Cristal was the only one we came back to a 3rd time! Was it the delicious food? not only that, but our new friends Pascal, Francois, Alix, Regine and all the rest were the most fun!! We left with memories for a lifetime, and now we keep telling stories to all of our friends at home about Le Cristal. We can't wait to return, and next time, we'll sing :
in this coffee we don't offer a very extensive card. the dish of the day is always successful, with a little more, the cuisinier does not use gluten including in these desserts, a real plus for the intolerant. it's good, cheap and healthy
