This Saturday, July 15th, we chose this sublime setting to organize wine of honor and wedding meal.All was perfect. The varied amuse-bouches, sought after and delicious. We had an ingenious meal that I felt was worthy of a Michellin star* When I say local, this is a underwater of Bordeaux so well known... well beyond location, given the quality of food here.
