I stayed at the mercury chambery that I frequent regularly (I recommend it to you.) the duplex restaurant shares the same entrance and adjoins the establishment. I had dinner on the terrace. My choice has been on a divine salmon tartare with succulent fries. ideal wine deal. Careful service. I can only recommend this pretty establishment.
The duck magret was cooked, tender, tasteful and well presented. The small flat concerns dessert. We took a floating island, gourmet of this dessert but the English cream was missed and super liquid or even transparent. What a disappointment
