On a 5 pt scale, dinner at Le Farfalle is a 4.41. My scoring methodology weighs food quality at 65%, service at 20%, and ambiance at 15%. The ambiance is inviting as you walk in the courtyard and see lights stringed over the table. As you arrive at the host stand you see the expansive bar filled with patrons drinking cocktails and wine. The dining room tables are spread out, almost not utilizing the space to its best use. The volume was low, as most partons were quiet and there was not any music. Our server was knowledgeable and provided good suggestion about the wine and food although service was a bit slow. I wouldn’t suggest the house wine. To start things off we had the meatballs and ros...

I had already heard about this place, and all good, so when our weeping had dinner here, we were thrilled to try it! it wasn't disappointed. we were happy on the way and wise how the dinner we ran family style and were able to try a lot of the menu! for beginners we had the polpette alla siciliana (so light and tasty), the caesar salat (art of the meh), prosciutto di parma (which was also somehow meh, but interesting with the deconstructed melone), and the focaccia brot (definitly try it with the whipped ricotta) that was my favorite! we had sides of Broccoli rave, which I did not try, and the Auberginen-Pamigiana, which I would definitely have made a meal of all on my own! the robiola bosin...

they could be the new young one on the block, but this is one of the best restaurants of charleston! the word comes out, I at least ate here and was never disappointed by eating and service. brunch, lunch and dinner are also wonderful. the best octopus carpaccio I have ever had together with mouthwatering handmade pastas they do not feel guilty in pampering themselves. nothing here is typical or average, the beauty of the simple and fresh ingredients in the hands of a real master chef! the airy atmosphere and the location are great, not stuffy or pretentious, but a large neighborhood gem. They have a beautiful escaping area in the free.

Beautiful restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. The pasta was made in house and the best I’ve had in a long time! Only recommendation I have is making a reservation ahead. We tried calling earlier that day and it was all booked. They take walk ins. We waiting for about 30 minutes and never got a text. When we went in to check they tried to seat us in the corner of full bar there was multiple open tables outside which they sat us at after we requested. Would have avoided if we reserved earlier.
