For once I change my dish, I was not disappointed. On the map, in the entrances, a salted waffle with its Saint-jacques with a citrus lace. A killing! Cozy and soothing atmosphere on the first floor, with a friend. Follows with a softness and coffee to finish well. What more?
Very good lunch from beginning to end... fresh and excellent oysters, tendrissime veal meat, delicious gambas and rum babas to the top. A single flat, the dish with the calf and the dauphinois gratin lacked a little heat.
Pour un prix modique au déjeuner les plats sont bien présentés et correctement cuisinés. Adepte du "café gourmand" je suis étonné de la qualité et de la variété de celui-ci. Une vénérable maison à Mazamet.
