A memorable moment, sober and elegant frame, smiling staff (behind the masks prevening and comprehension. We have taken the menu in 5 acts chosen by the chef, and have not been disappointed, we will remember for a long time the trout, its cooking and divine accompaniments, from the pear in so original entry (although an advertised saffron but little perceptible and frankly the hazel in dessert wahou, best dessert of my life (and I have more than 50 years!). We could even visit the kitchens and see the pros at work Vins also excellent. It was my birthday, great evening, thanks to my husband for the choice, and to the chefs and their teams for this dinner of emotion and gustative poetry!
