A have given this restaurant a rating of 1 only because the lovely waiting staff were doing they’re very best while the chefs or, I suspect, the management, are a disgrace. Unfortunately for the restaurant concerned I am a chef. And I feel very strongly about how clients are respected and treated within our industry. This restaurant is recommended by chalet companies with in the resort by the way. To keep it simple a goats cheese salad with walnuts for 17 euros is a fair enough price up a mountain. An entire bag of very tired economy multi leaf salad with a deep fried (and a well over cooked crumbed goats cheese patty), slapped on the top, 2 smashed walnuts and some catering balsamic glaze d...
Food quality was good. However 2 meals were missed and given to another table. Had to wait 20 minutes for new ones. Also ordered snails twice and this never arrived. We were told the 2 late meals would be free. Later we were offered a free round of drinks. When the bill came it was only the free drinks that were considered and the meals we had to pay for. Did not eat together. Lovely decor. Shame about the service. Great drinks.
We visited Le Loup Blank in Le Plagne 1800 on Wednesday 16th March, it had been recommended by our chalet host as a good place to eat on her day off. The bar had a lot of atmosphere with a large open fire and the staff were friendly. We ordered steak which was a mistake, it looked great but was as tough as old boots! So go for a drink but don’t eat the steak!
The food was good Savoyard fair but the wAiter knocked over a €12 kir royale and then, other than saying sorry, did nothing about it. It would have been easy to replace. But nothing. Very poor service.

Our friend who lives in the area took us there. Brilliant service from Cyril, food was standard fare but very nice. Terrace views fantastic. Would I go back, of course I would.
For how not to cook and serve a steak you should visit Not good at all. So disappointing that 2 terrible steaks got past the chef and and waitress.
the raclette formula "at will" is good, even if a little expensive anyway (27,50 per person.) service pleasant and attentive, cozy decor.
very pleasant moment on terrace .super meals and welcoming staff. restaurant to be recommended after a ski morning or after a good walk.

super service and very nice staff, the fondue white wolf is a treat as well as the very well served tartiflette.
