After all this time we ate the real chicken, a raised on the ground, like when I was a child! We were there twice, but it is actually a unique menu with some variations the dinner starts with the salad of vegetables, smoky duck magret and paste; It continues with a generous portion of cooked chicken in the oven with a delicious and abundant contour (orchard beans or cooked potatoes in the oven and onions ...). You will find yourself with a choice of desserts (old flan, prunes cooked in wine or fruit cake.) all for 20 euros! A marvel!
You should not hesitate to climb the little road that leaves from belcastel ( direction rignac.) you are in a farmhouse inn, warm and friendly welcome. the patroness kitchen of the products of their farm! "real" vegetables to taste " as before", a poultry as you can no longer find it, the very well prepared !! and the desserts.... homemade well of ! The boss at the service is adorable. you can eat outside or in, the places are charming and bucolic. Remember that there are rooms if you are looking for a nice place to stop.
we stayed 3 nights in the guest rooms and ate one evening at the hostel.Very good cuisine. their poultry pate a slaughter! simple but tasted cuisine. Quick service. The rooms are large with separate toilet and bathroom with large shower. Good bed linen.View on the aveyronnaise greenery (what a rest! )if you need calm and disbursement it is the perfect corner.
after a visit to belcastel we easily found the hostel thanks to the indications. the reception was very pleasant and smiling, the meal was very good, local products, fresh, cooked on site brief than happiness! the price more than correct and the terrace location very pleasant ! I strongly recommend this establishment!

typical place of the awkward with a simple and warm decoration where fresh products of the farm are served. a must-see place of a good aveyronnaise table.
The longest evenings are in June and it is regrettable that restorations are not open!!!!!!!!! no comment.
