It was so good we visited the Medieval twice during our recent visit to Belves. Fantastic food and friendly service. The faux filet and both duck meals were delicious. The huge portioned rum babas were just as delicious. Definitely recommend and will re-visit on our next trip.
What a place, the oldest establishment in Belvees... Stéphane is top, he cooks like a god. Quality products, quality service, everything to spend a good afternoon or a good evening! Don't miss your visit to Belvees!
If you're lucky enough to pass by when Stéphane concocts a Cassoulet, order a couple: Cassoulet is supposed to be from Castenaudary, but Cassoulet from Médiéval just tastes better!0
