"Although it was pretty busy during the morning, hustle and biscuit at 9:30 clock when I visited were the staff very well trained and a perfectly coordinated. The food was well presented, eggs about piked for my taste, but only slightly. Pancakes were a balanced between bitter and sweet. Fresh fruits raised it."

You'd be forgiven for missing this place - not in the greatest area of Surry Hills & the fit out is nothing to write home about, but give this place a shot! We enjoyed the Scrambled eggs w/crispy bacon & the Eggs Benedict with smoky gypsy ham. Both came with scrumptious sourdough bread, and an interesting concept was spreading beautifully fresh avocado on the sourdough of the eggs benny. They also "drizzled" some balsamic vinegar on the Eggs Benny plate which would compliment the flavours of the runny egg, ham & avo so well. Small touch but so damn good!! Coffee was nice without being a highlight. Service from most of the girls was good, but can be improved. Great little atmosp...

We came here for brunch & there was a queue, so it's safe to say it's quite a popular place! The staff were super attentive and accommodating, especially with updating us on our seating status! It was only about a 15min wait, but they asked us multiple times if we were okay, which was super impressive! It was well worth the wait! Our favourite was the pork belly & of course the matcha pancakes! The coffee here is also delicious! The mixed berry smoothie also hit the spot! Will definitely be back soon :)

Once upon a time breakfast in Sydney was all about vegemite on toast, poached eggs with smashed avocado, muesli and yoghurt; but, thanks to culinary influences from Japan, Korea and  Vietnam, menus now contain words like “matcha”, “yuzu”, “kimchi” and “banh mi”, becoming indicative of trendy, innovative, uber-cool cafés drawing queuing crowds even on a work day. ...Read full post on thernbdiary.com

I was astonished when the waitress brought the plate to the table. It looked so aesthetically nice. The crispy potato rosti for $ 16, each component of it was delicious. I decided for the smoked salmon and yes! The egg was oozy! Too bad that there is a light hill to the café, but the location is not far from the main train station and the service was charming. I want to come back and try other dishes.
