We had dinner last night at Le Moya and were disappointed. The restaurant is a lovely, open with a stunning view of the Mediterranean and the staff is genuinely friendly. However, when one works at a resort, it doesn 't mean that the staff should be as relaxed as the guests. More to come on that. The food was decent. My octopus carpaccio was good, but the grapefruit and orange obliterated the taste of the poulpe My entree, the supreme of chicken, was nice and my Co-worker 's sea bass was very good. The setting is lovely and staff and is very friendly. Prices seemed high for the quality of the food, and this overall felt geared towards tourists. We spent 111 euros on a bottle of wine, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. My friend had the seasonal risotto which was great, albeit swimming in butter (not that I am complaining). I ordered a vegetarian version of the Tiara Salad, which was just weird and absolutely not worth 26 euros for some angel hair pasta stir fried with soy sauce, topped with unripe avocado and a couple cherry tomatoes. Apart from the idyllic sea view, nothing was wrong! Deplorable cuisine for such a place. Without the quinoa or the artichokes. at 31€!! A gesture was made following our protest. Price reduced to 25€ the price mentioned on the menu for what looked more like an iceberg salad with a few cherry tomatoes! I was staying at Les Roches Rouges but was very curious about Tiara Miramar too, so I went to Le Moya for dinner at sunset. The view is beautiful and they gave me one of the best tables eventhough I was not a hotel customer and walked-in without reservation (which is a rare attitude in Cote D'azur hotels) Everybody was very kind and helpful, especially Roman my waiter was very attentive. I would definetely suggest the set menu as everything I tasted was delicious and you get to taste from everything for regular portions at a good price.

Absolutely lovely setting, but food akin to a cafeteria. Fine enough for lunch by the pool or ocean, but not worth the sticker price for dinner. I 'd highly suggest going off campus at night for meals. Breakfast isn 't much better, but a day or two of toast w/ jam and a yogurt isn 't going to kill you, I suppose. Best thing at lunch were honestly the fries. Just completely uninspired. Staff is wonderfully nice though.
