my brother lives near vendays montalivet. during my visit to him, le papyum is a regular stop for morning coffee,- midday or late afternoon beer. we always get a very kind greeting from the chef (and chef) and his wife. the set menu...for lunch (no evening meal) is round euro. the first cure is a buffet collection of charcuterie, salads, pâté, etc. there may be dinge. the menu has a selection or element. my partner had lunch of the day. he said the pig/gammon was excellent. I had an salate that was huge. we sat outside. it's a bit close to the street, but that was our decision to sit there, we could have been sitting inside. great couple. work on this evening. he spoke a few words English and it was enough to come by. thanks for a good meal
