We had a four course dinner at this restaurant which was an overal pleasant, but not extraordinary experience. As my partner does not drink alcohol, the suggestion was to have a glass of orange juice to start with. Which is fine, however surprising to see that a restaurant at this level serves orange juice from concentrate, not freshly squeezed (whilst still charging 9€ . Also, one could doubt if this is the best suggestion taking into account the food that followed, knowing that nowadays there are so many non alcoholic alternatives available, such as mocktails, infusions, etc, was this the best pairing? after having had the opportunity to eat the gourmet menu, very good but a little complicated too many mixed flavors (at my taste, but better than the warrior), we tested the week menu, starting from the principle that as the basic products are excellent, for less expensive, they would be less complicated. Lovely welcome in a nice setting. We took the discovery menu. It was a pleasure of the eye and taste buds. Poetic plates by presentation, delicate and original flavours at last brief run to discover this table if you don't know it. I'll be back on my next vacation.

Amazing inventive cuisine with fresh, mostly local products. I tried the sole in Thai sauce with shiitake carrots and peas...fabulous. The amuse-bouches are always different and delicious. Service is efficient, friendly and personnal.
