"Many people may come to this restaurant to enjoy the panoramic view, but this year the food and the service have really improved!! The weekday lunchtime menu is good value for money and all is served with attention to detail taste and presentation."

I 've been here a number of times and have really enjoyed the food. It 's a great draw as the views are amazing. However, I booked online and was entitled to a 20% discount so that was welcome until I discovered that we both (2 people had to have the Carte menu and not the daily menu. My friend had a good starter followed by the duck. I had a reasonably good starter tiny pats of chevre covered in voluminous thin pastry with a salad (actually hard to find the chevre! . It was also extremely sweet with all the honey. Then I had the lamb knuckle great mistake! I had about 2 mouthfuls of lamb and the rest of the meat was just gristle! Not only gristle but it was tough too. I had my dog with me s...

Our first meal here just recently and quite likely the last...cannot fault the location with wonderful views out over the surrounding countryside from the terrace eating area..sadly,the heat forced us to eat inside as few outside tables offered any shade and the staff made no effort to provide any solution which was certainly possible with the right attitude....customer service nil points I,m afraid but this is France of course... Food was alright....28 euros menu with a duck or trout main course so not much choice for the price but presentation was good and portions adequate....wines available in pichets which was commendable.... For us,living in this area of France, there is just so much ch...

What a great spot to sit and enjoy an evening, the views are stunning and so is the food. Visited a couple of times during a one week stay in the area and we were all very pleased with our food drink and the service. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked, so was the fish and duck. Presentation is excellent. Service is prompt and friendly and happy to help out my appalling french by speaking English. Good selection of wine, poor selection of gin unfortunately, the french do not seem to have caught onto the uk’s recent fascination with gin. Fantastic evening, loved it and can not recommend it highly enough.

The reviews for this restaurant have put us off returning, but as we live locally thought we should give it another try. We were very pleasantly surprised, the terrace and views are of course stunning, but the meal was also excellent. We had the menu du jour for 15€ and each course was very good. We have paid a lot more for a worse meal in other restaurants. Despite the previous reviews the staff we saw here were friendly and smiling. We will certainly return,
