I promised, I was late, he said I'm writing my opinion on this extraordinary bakery. The owner is a man full of warmth and generosity, the chocolate bread was just as generous in taste and chocolate, so good that my partner and I took over. Having gluten intolerance, I was concerned about the quality of the flour, he was informed that the flour used came directly from the mill of Versailles. In general, my hand reacts as soon as I consume bad flour... which has not been the case here. They are very aware of the products they use, of the industrialization of bio, of the problems of gluten, ... They are open to discussion and criticism. I find a pity that someone can stop on such poor details...
